How does downloading on FEI TV work?
To download clips from FEI TV's download section, please select the clip of your choice and click the "Buy Now" button of the currency of your choice to purchase.
If you are not already a registered FEI TV user, you will be asked to register for free in order to purchase the selected clip. Once you registered and purchased the selected clip, a download link will appear in your automatically created "My Account" page where you will be able to download by clicking the respective button.
How can I watch a downloaded clip?
The downloaded clips are in wmv-format and can be viewed by using a free Microsoft Windows video player (please click here for downloading this player).
We deeply regret that due to restrictions set by Apple Inc. on protected WMV content, Mac users unfortunately CANNOT view any of the Downloads on FEI TV. So please do not download in case you only use Mac computers.
How many times can I download a purchased clip? How many times can I watch it?
Once you have purchased the clip, the video can be downloaded to watch from the 'My Account' section as many times as you wish.
Are the files/the clips protected?
The downloaded files and/or content of the files are protected and can't be shared with third parties or stored on and/or copied to any other storage device than the computer(s) they have been downloaded to.
What is the quality level of the downloads? What is the file size?
All files are encoded on 2.5 MB to ensure acceptable download times and good viewing experience on computer screens.
What should I do when having problems with downloading?
In case you have any problems with the download service, please contact FEI TV customer services at customerservices@performgroup.com. Please note that all completed downloads are non-refundable.
Is the download service part of a subscription to FEI TV?
The download service is not part of any FEI TV subscription product (annual-, monthly-, weekly- or daily pass to FEI TV).
